The course includes 3 x one-to-one coaching sessions to help target your specific areas of growth and give you the tools needed to help you reach your goals.
Daily Contact and Group Support
You will receive emails with new content every day for the 6 weeks, and a series of forum groups will be set up especially for those taking part, where ideas and encouragement can be shared. Your coach will also be on hand throughout the course to help steer you in the right direction.
